By joining ForestBrook, individuals can purchase units to gain ownership in the co-op and contribute a monthly fee of $20. This funding supports our efforts to acquire more land and maintain existing properties. Members actively participate in decision-making through community meetings, where they vote on land acquisitions and development projects.
